Tommy Ross




Tommy Ross is the President and Chief Executive Officer of South Central Bank shares, Incorporated. With 40 years of experience, he served as President of South Central Bank of Monroe County from 2004 to 2010. Since 2010, he has been serving as the Market President for Bowling Green. He has a bachelors degree in Business Management from Lindsey Wilson College.

He graduated from LSU School of Banking, Kentucky School of Banking, and the ABA Commercial Lending School. Tommy has also attended numerous leadership trainings and seminars, and he is very active in a variety of community organizations.

South Central Bank’s history dates back to 1889, the year Deposit Bank of Monroe County was first chartered. Its founder, James Kenneth Bale, purchased Deposit Bank of Monroe County in 1972.

The organization’s 83 years of service to rural Kentucky provided Bale a strong basis to found South Central Bank and to fulfill his dream of providing the community centered banking services to the families, individuals and people of the local area.

Ross carries that philosophy with him and encourages those he serves to find a bank that caters and tailors to their financial goals. Married to Stephanie Ross, he’s a father to three children and also involved in community organizations including the Chamber of Commerce and Building Association of South Central Kentucky.
