Editor's Letter

It is hard to believe it is already November, but as I look back on the year, I am so grateful for all the blessings this year has brought. For VIP magazine, November is also a time to be thankful as this month marks the magazine’s eighth year in the Bowling Green community. We are so thankful for all our readers and advertisers who have supported the magazine these past eight years, and we hope to have many more to come!

Our VIProfile this month spotlights Scott Duvall, who is the team director of the Warren County Hollow Riders. He started this journey to offer an opportunity for kids who were like him and don’t fit the model of traditional sports. Our VIP at Home for the month is the stunning home of Lisa Marshall of Embellish Home. She relied on her team at Embellish Home to pick out every detail of this home, and it paid off, as they received every award at Parade of Homes last month! This month is All About Home, which features everything from builders, realtors, lenders, landscaping, furnishings and everything in between! Be sure to check out this section and these local businesses who support our community in many ways.

This month we have included our 2024 Holiday Gift Guide because the start of November means the start of holiday shopping! You’ll find many pages of unique gift items from these businesses and throughout the magazine, with many local businesses offering open houses and holiday specials this month. We encourage everyone to continue to support these businesses by shopping local this holiday season!

As always, we have packed our magazine full of event coverage, with over 25 events from the last month. BG was in the fall spirit this past month, with many different Halloween and fall themed events! If you want to request that we cover your upcoming event, please do so on our website at www.vipbowlinggreen.com or email [email protected].

We are extra thankful for all our loyal readers this month and hope you all have a wonderful
Thanksgiving!

With a grateful heart,
Allison
