Tri-Star Greenview Regional Hospital Earns National Recognition for Patient Safety

TriStar Greenview Regional Hospital received an “A” Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade for fall 2021. This national distinction recognizes the hospital’s achievements in protecting patients from harm and error in the hospital.

“Patient safety is the utmost priority for us at TriStar Greenview,” said hospital CEO Mike Sherrod. “Earning an ‘A’ Hospital Safety Grade shows the depth of commitment from our entire workforce to enhance the safety of our patients. I am tremendously proud of our team for their diligent work in earning this recognition.”

The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade is the only hospital ratings program based exclusively on hospital prevention of medical errors and harms to patients. The grading system is peer-reviewed, fully transparent and free to the public.
