SKYCTC to host 12th annual Scholarship Scramble

Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College (SKYCTC) will host its 12th annual Scholarship Scramble to raise funds for student scholarships on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Crosswinds Golf Course in Bowling Green.

Over the past 11 years, the SKYCTC Scholarship Scramble has raised more than $550,000 to assist students in completing their educational goals.

The tournament consists of a full round of golf and the cost is $100 per person in 4-person teams. (Individuals not registering with a team will be paired up if possible). Check-in for the event is 7:30 AM and a shotgun start will begin at 8:30 AM.

For golfers, the $100 per player fee includes breakfast, lunch, cart, green fees, and a gift bag with Titleist ProV1 golf balls for each player. Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers. Prizes will also be awarded for closest to the pin, longest drive, and a putting contest, as well as random drawings. Mulligans and throws will be available for purchase.

By teeing off in the SKYCTC Scholarship Scramble, golfers are directly helping to raise the funds needed to provide deserving students with scholarships. These scholarships are crucial in opening doors to educational opportunities, helping students pursue their dreams, and easing the financial burden of higher education.

Those interested in supporting educational opportunities at SKYCTC can register online
at: https://southcentral.kctcs.edu/scholarship-scramble or pay the day of the event.

Sponsorship options are also available, please contact Heather Rogers at the SKYCTC Foundation - 270.901.1116 or [email protected].
